Arkansas Sports Promoter Bonds

The Arkansas State Athletic Commission requires that licensed promoters in the state furnish a Combative Sports Surety Bond. The surety bond guarantees compliance with Commission regulations and satisfaction of gross receipts taxes, fines/civil penalties, amounts owed to officials, contestants or others with whom the bond principal has contracted. Violations or failure to pay these obligations may result in a claim against the surety bond.
