Arkansas Employment Agency Bonds

Arkansas employment agencies obtaining a employment agent's license pursuant to Section 11-11-208 of the Arkansas Code must furnish a $5,000 surety bond to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Arkansas Private Employment Agency Act of 1975, A.C.A. § 11-11-201 et seq. The bond obligates the principal to comply with the rules, regulations, or orders lawfully promulgated by the director and comply with the terms of any contract made by the principal in the course of business. Any person damaged financially by the non-compliance or misconduct of the principal may maintain an action against the bond in any court of competent jurisdiction.
