South Carolina Credit Counseling Special Deposit Bond

The Credit Counseling Special Deposit Bond is required by the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs to ensure compliance with the Licensing Requirements Act of Consumer Credit Counseling, S.C. Code § 37-7-101 et seq. The bond also guarantees faithful execution of contracted credit counseling services to customers as defined by the Administrator.
