Alabama Automobile Club Bond

An Automobile Club Bond is a type of surety bond required by the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Alabama to ensure faithful performance of its obligations to its members and subscribers by the bonded automobile club. This surety bond remains in full force and effect until cancelled or released through thirty days advance notice in writing to the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Alabama from the surety company.
