A Liquor Licensee's Surety Bond is required of those who have has made application to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a license to do business in the state. The surety bond guarantees payments including license fees, taxes on agricultural products used for making wine, privilege taxes, taxes on alcoholic liquors, and payments of any fines or fines owed by the bonded principal relating to the importation, manufacture, distribution, sale or taxation of alcoholic liquors within the state of Oregon. Payments covered by the bond may also include those due related to any violations of the provision of the Oregon Liquor Control Act or of any administrative rule.
