A Talent agency Bond is a surety bond to be filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida for those having applied to the Department for a license to operate as a talent agency in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The bonded talent agency must comply with the laws and regulations governing the acts of talent agencies in Florida and along with the surety, indemnify any person who sustains actionable injuries or loss, including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, by the conduct of the bonded talent agency, its agents, or employees.
