Missouri Boxing, Martial Arts or Wresting Bond

The Missouri Division of Professional Registration Office of Athletics requires that a $5,000 or $25,000 license bond is posted for boxing, martial arts, or wresting exhibitions. The surety bond is specifically mandated for those applying to the Office of Athletics of the State of Missouri for a permit or license to conduct exhibitions within the state of Missouri in accordance with state statutes and rules promulgated by authorities. The surety bond also guarantees payment of license fees and gross receipt levies described in Chapter 317, RSMo.
