A Private Investigator, Watch, Security Guard or Patrol Agency Bond is required by the State of New York Division of Licensing pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the New York General Business Law in conjunctions with the principal's business license as applied. The surety bond will cover all claims arising out of the licensure of the principal for the full term of such license for all claims arising out of the statutory conditions attendant thereto. If thereafter, the principal shall faithfully and honestly conduct the business as a private investigator, watch, security guard or patrol agency in accordance with law, the surety bond will be void.
