Cannabis Marijuana / Cannabis License Bond

A Cannabis Performance Bond is required by the County of Pine (for compliance with Pine County Ordinance 2024-58) as part of the licensing process to legally operate various types of marijuana or other cannabis related businesses. The surety bond ensures compliance with county regulations and guidelines.  The condition of the bond obligation is that the principal is applying for a permit with the County of Pine for cannabis business activities which permit will be on file in the County Planning and Zoning Office.

The surety bond will have a "Payment" amount as well as a "Performance" amount that will be noted separately and in aggregate on the bond form.
