Tennessee Health Club Bond Information
A Health Club Bond is a type of surety bond required for those who have applied to the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs, Department of Commerce and Insurance to be registered as a Health Club Operator pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 47-18-301, et seq. This surety bond is conditioned on the the bonded health club making full restitution of any fees, or other payments which have been made by a consumer pursuant to the terms of a health club agreement.
