Wisconsin Employment Agent Bond

An Employment Agent Bond is a type of surety bond required by the Department of Workforce Development of Wisconsin for those who have made application for a license to engage in the business of an employment agent for profit as defined by the provisions of Chapter 105, Wisconsin Statutes. This surety bond ensures adherence to the duties, terms, conditions or requirements of Section 105.01 to 105.16 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
