Wisconsin Barbering & Cosmetology or Specialty School Bond

Barbering & Cosmetology or Specialty Schools must furnish surety bonds before the Department of Safety and Professional Services of the State of Wisconsin issues or renews a license. The surety bond ensures that those approved to do business as a school or specialty school pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes § 440.62 and Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 60 through 62 and 65, do not cause economic loss or damage to any obligee protected by this bond by engaging in unlawful or unethical business practices.
