Montana Auctioneer Bonds

Auctioneers who have applied or plan to apply to the State of Montana for a license to engage in the business of Public Auctioneer must furnish a surety bond to ensure faithful performance of all duties required of him or her in accordance with Montana law. The Auctioneer Surety Bond covers proper accounting for and payments of all moneys or other property handled by the licensed Auctioneer.
