Georgia Agricultural Products Dealer Bonds

Dealers in Agricultural Products are required by law to obtain a license from the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Georgia and to furnish a surety bond guaranteeing full compliance with the provisions of the Georgia statutes. The Agricultural Products Dealer Bond ensures proper accounting and payment to producers, their agents or representatives, for all agricultural products purchased from, handled by, or sold by such producers, their agents or representatives, as required by Georgia Laws.
