The surety bond is conditioned upon the agricultural product dealer's full compliance with the provisions of the statutes as amended. Specifically, the bonded principal must truly account for and make payment to producers, their agents or representatives, and any other licensed agricultural dealers, for all agricultural products purchased from, handled or sold to such producers, their agents or representatives, and/or purchased from other licensed agricultural dealers.
